A new lawn has been installed adjacent to a new-build property in North Hertfordshire. Perfect Ground Solutions needed to move quickly to make sure we were able to take advantage of the forecast rain the following week. This was not an irrigated lawn, so we run the risk of poor germination and plant death if the surface dried out in the warmer days of May. This project involved the levelling of the existing area, importing a few lorry loads of grade one top soil from British Sugar - in my opinion one of the best and most consistent top soils available.
